Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use it to create files for sharing as well as editing documents. We also use for reviews and approvals.
- Locks documents to editing
- Allow minor edits to documents created in design tools
- Allows comments
- Editing is sometimes difficult
- Displaying comments are sometimes difficult to see where they are in text
- Commenting
- Exporting
- Editing
- Ease of Use
We use it with all levels of staff so has to be easy to use
- Improves security of not letting documents and contracts be changed
- Documents the comments for approval process
This is probably not a large concern for this as most documents are for public distribution.
