Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

As an exec search firm, AA helps us to manage candidate profiles, resumes, and other essential documents by enabling efficient organization, editing, and sharing functionalities.

It also allows for the creation and modification of PDF documents, tailoring candidate presentations, pitchdecks, and other materials.

We at times also use the collaborative review processes, members annotate, comment, and provide feedback on candidate profiles or client-related documents.
  • reception of uneditable CVs that we then share with our clients
  • pitchdecks: we use pdfs a lot for the creation of our own briefing documements
  • AA ensures compatibility across various devices and platforms for us and our clients
  • the design part is less developed, i.e. if I cut out a section from a pdf, then there is at times a gap created that I can not easily fill as I can hardly move the other sections of the document
  • the signature part is less developed in terms of trackability and notifications and as far as I know legal binding
  • the fonts can not be changed to bold etc

We work on google shared drives which supports pdfs very well, as well as we know that most of our clients will be able to access and open pdfs well.

  • security: clients can't easily edit the shared documents
AA's commitment to stringent security measures has provided a sense of confidence in handling sensitive data, such as candidate profiles, client details, and internal documents. This has contributed significantly to maintaining client trust and safeguarding confidential information throughout the recruitment process.

AA's secure sharing features, encryption protocols, and access controls have facilitated the safe exchange of documents and profiles with clients and stakeholders. This has been pivotal in maintaining confidentiality and integrity during the transmission of sensitive information.
They have a much less intutive user interface and don't always provide a complete solution one stop shop for all the features that we make use of.

AA is well suited for Document Management, PDF Creation and Editing, Document Review and Markup, Security features (passwords) and it's compatible to most platforms.It's less suited for the creation of legally binding documents, signatures, tracking of changes on documents, creating and editing scanned documents as well as creating and editing complex documents.
