Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use adobe in our every day work. We use adobe sign for all of our legal documents from construction contracts to lien waivers to agreements. We create all of our forms for internal and external use with adobe as well as creating various reports for investors and internal KPIs with adobe.
  • adobe sign
  • prepare form feature
  • combine documents
  • being able to lock certain cells in an easier way when requesting signatures
  • being able to uncombine documents in an easier way
  • Being able to make edits in an easier way
  • Adobe Sign
  • Combine Files
  • Prepare Form function
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Using a program that has multiple functions to cut down on annual costs and one that is so recognizable and compatible with other programs.
  • Being able to track contract status and keep contracts moving
  • Being able to increase internal processes for higher efficiencies
  • Keeping forms up to date and relevant
We do a heavy amount of contracts and legal real estate agreements and use adobe sign as our main means of getting those signatures. Adobe having a high standard of security and compliance standards ensure that the signatures we get are secure and encrypted for legal binding authority.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

One scenario where it is well suited is for signing construction contracts. You can track progress, see who has signed it, who has viewed it so if it gets stalled you know who to reach out to in order to keep the contract moving.

One scenario where it is not as well suited is very detailed investor reports. Adobe is more of a simple document type of program, if you want something more flashy I would use a different program for that project.
