Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat to edit PDFs and to print on the PDF printer. Our users will correct issues with work orders and quotes that have already been turned into a PDF to save time. We also just Adobe Acrobat to create fillable forms. I have also used Adobe Acrobat to digitally sign documents.
  • Editing PDFs
  • Creating fillable forms
  • Digitally signing documents
  • Increase performance with enhanced security enabled
  • Editing PDFs
  • PDF Printing
  • Creating Fillable Forms
  • Ease of Use
The familiarity of the product is a huge reason we as an organization chose this product. Many of me end users have used the product before and are used to using it without a lot of training.
  • Time savings editing errors on PDFs
  • Creating fillable forms makes filling them out easier
  • Locking down PDFs has made manipulation go away
The performance of Adobe Acrobat has taken a hit with the enhanced security. I usually have to turn this off to get the application to function normally.
I have used Fox-it and Smart PDF but Adobe Acrobat is the better supported product with more professional capabilities then the other brands.

Adobe Acrobat is well suited for editing PDFs. It has saved our sales team a ton of time being able to edit PDFs on the fly to correct errors from our ERP system. Adobe Acrobat is also well suited for creating fillable forms and documents that you don't want edited as easily.
