- Ability to edit documents
- Reduction of errors and omissions
- Better tracking of signed documentations
- Paperless
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Adobe is a well known, widely accepted and is easily to integrate. We use the edit feature, redaction, and electronic signature features more than anything else. Overall, we chose Adobe for their wide ranging product offering, which simplified our processes and allowed for viewing on mobile devices, laptops, and more.
It has provided us a level of confidence that we can safely transmit documents that contain sensitive information without fear of interception. As we deal with some financial and personally identifiable information, we must have a product that allows for safe storage and transmission; Adobe Acrobat offered that and more.
Microsoft's products have become cumbersome, especially for organizations. The requirement of having two log ins for each user is a headache, each and every time someone tries to use it. We have slowly been transitioning away from Microsoft, and are hopeful that Adobe releases a suite of products similar to MS that we can use as a replacement
