Adobe Acrobat Power User
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat specifically to review work documents, convert graphics into forms for distribution and creating files for approvals. The program works well with my graphic applications and, since I'm a designers, this is critical to my business. Adobe Acrobat forms the cornerstone of my work business. I have used it for years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
Pros
- Converting Illustrator files into readable documents
- Capturing stakeholder signatures
- Allowing important items to be archived
Cons
- The signature options can be a little confusing to use. The process needs to be a bit clearer or intuitive
- The ability to edit copy needs to be a Biot more refined. Right now it's a bit clumsy
- The option to add high resolution graphics to existing documents need to be better.
- Signature tool
- file format conversions
- Ability to reduce file size and maintain quality
- My ability to gather quick approvals has been improved.
- My ability to share information particularly relating to graphic work has been increased exponentially
- The ease of my stakeholders to review and respond to my requests has significantly improved
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
I have file reviews with company stakeholders daily, which means that I have to be able to share important documents with varying degrees of information. Thus the ability to convert files to readable PDFs that can be easily sent via e-mail to people is paramount to my workload. I find this process very easy and convenient to use in Adobe Acrobat
The security features of Adobe Acrobat is adequate, but could be better. I also like the documentation file lock features. The security password feature is nice but perhaps more features like a two-factor authentication would be useful. Beyond this, the security features are fine and serves to meet our established compliance standards on my organization.
