Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I work for a commercial construction company and we use Adobe Acrobat for multiple purposes. We use it to read blueprints mostly. We can send our and receive quotes, drawings, and documents. The Adobe Acrobat pro version is used to sign contracts as well as to modify and edit blueprints.

- some files do not always save in a correct format from Microsoft word
- some files do not always save in a correct format from Microsoft excel
- I do not have any complaints with Adobe. I LOVE IT

- ROI due to cheaper costs than other systems
- ROI due to the amount of features offered
- extreme ease of use even for a less tech savy employee
To be honest, I do not think I have a legitimate answer to this question unfortunately. I typically do not see any sort of breaches, scares or IT type applications as I ultimately am an end user. We have never been "scammed" over our license or had any issues with any outside sources.
