Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use Adobe Acrobat for creating documents, check and sign, for document approval management; Mostly all the compression of files happens in PDF format . It is a default software used for PDF formats . The flexibility to convert from any word, excel , PowerPoint really helps in document distribution. Check and sign helps in reducing the turn around time by digitizing the process. its a great productivity boost

  • Easy distribution of files

Cons

  • at times it becomes memory heavy
  • Needs to be more light weight in processing
  • Speed in creating large PDFs could be a good improvemen
  • Makes business simpler
  • makes workflows easier and reduces turn around time
  • meets compliances
  • Scalability
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use

I cannot think of a scenario where it is less appropriate. Mostly if I need to create a non editable document I find it super useful
