Adobe Acrobat is a Steadfast Program in Our Process
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We manage content workflows with Adobe PDFs, present training in PDFs form (rather than PowerPoint) and track internal edits through Adobe Acrobat.
Pros
- Helps organize multiple users' feedback and input
- Packages and reduces file size well
- Easily redlines content that needs to be removed
Cons
- The menu recently changed and was reorganized, so it's more difficult to find the editing tools - it is confusing to train people on
- The comment feature icon changed, so as a long-time user, this has thrown me and my team off for our editing process
- Locking down a file's privacy can feel long and sometimes confusing
- We see an increase in productivity when reviewing multiple files, especially when combining input
- The program creates a standard workflow for us and is overall easy to use and manage
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Ease of Use
Ease of use in a large company is critical, so this is most important to me. I find Adobe Acrobat to be scalable by nature, so I don't necessarily think of it as a factor.
We keep confidential and proprietary information locked down, so I greatly appreciate to put a passcode on certain documents. Locking down he ability to print for us is just as important, so these security features are a regular setting for us.
