Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

The scope is quite extensive - we use it almost daily in a variety of instances. Each time I use it I find other uses to try with excellent results

Pros

  • Converting emails to PDF for saving
  • Converting PDFs to excel or word
  • Saving documents
  • so may - its endless

Cons

  • Signatures - sometimes difficult
  • The return is ten-fold - it has saved me thousands of rands in time and execution
  • cant quote numbers but i could not work without the solution
  • Scalability
  • Ease of Use
The cost is not an issue - the ROI is incalculable. I find new uses every day - its the best system I use and is fit for purpose.
We are not an organisation which needs to comply so we have managed to establish our own set of guidelines using Adobe Acrobat - it means we can search and work with accuracy and speed to keep our members and donors happy
There is no comparison with others - i have used many but they are not worth the cost nor the effort
