Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I am a graphic and web designer. I use Acrobat to deliver concept files to my clients, collate feedback and also create professional print files.
Acrobat is industry standard and far more reliable and stable than other PDF solutions. It is easy for my clients to leave specific comments and request changes on to their projects, when saves me time clarifying feedback.
I also really value it's accessibility and print production tools. They make it easy to run final QA cross checks to files, ensuring minimal output issues.

Pros
- Print production
- Accessibility
- Comment / collaboration tools
- It also me to create accessible documents for my clients and helps compliance.
- It minimises time spent collating feedback as multiple users can comment on the same PDF
- It reduces print errors and costly reprinting costs
- Cloud Solutions
- Ease of Use
Honestly, I use it because it is part of my Creative Cloud subscription. However, it's one if the main reasons I haven't moved from Creative Cloud to Affinity as it really is a benchmark product and nothing else compares.
The accessibility integration and testing has made the greatest impact to my organisation, particularly when it comes to working with government/ public sector clients who need to comply with WCAG etc.
