Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We design handouts for eLearning courses for various clients, ranging from one page to more extensive documents. Handouts are designed in Illustrator or InDesign. Adobe Acrobat is used for making all the fields fillable, optimizing file sizes, color spaces, and making them accessible for all users.
When clients provide handouts, we use Adobe Acrobat to optimize them and make any necessary edits.

Pros
- Field creation
- Editing
- Accessibility
Cons
- Editing fields could be more intuitive
- AI accessibility would be amazing to have
- Editing elements between different pieces of software could be more seamless
- Unbeatable for what we use it for so there's no contest there
- Field creation tools are easy to use
- Built-in accessibility tools work well
- Ease of Use
This is not really applicable on our daily operations. Our documents are shared with all our course users so security is not paramount in this scenario.
