Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

The tools for editing a pdf are easy to use, even for my “not so tech savvy” coworkers. It’s nice to let them make small edits on their own without having to go through me. Before Acrobat, there was a long wait time between request for edit and finished edited project.

Pros

  • Easy to use tools for editing a doc
  • Drag and drop capabilities
  • Comparability with various file formats

Cons

  • Larger font library
  • Better image to font recognition
  • Saves time
  • Short learning curve
  • Powerful AI assistant
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Saves a lot of time and therefore saves money for the company. It also cuts down on frustration from employees not being able to quickly edit a document on their own terms and time
It gives my company a peace of mind when distributing important documents internally as well as externally.
Acrobat is an easy to use tool even for people with limited knowledge or technical abilities.

My coworkers are empowered to edit documents I provide for them without having to rely on me for edits or them having to learn a new complicated software.
