Functional, Collaborative
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Acrobat for approvals of the content that I create around my company. It helps me send files for feedback to my creative leadership as well as to other stakeholders around my company. We like it because it is secure and easy for people of all skill levels to be able to log into and post their comments into. We use it weekly.
Pros
- It is user friendly for people with limited experience
- It is easy to implement feedback from comments and check them off as I complete them
- It is easy to have conversations in the comments about pieces of my designs
Cons
- I think that it would be nice if Adobe gave more guidance on PDF formats. I feel like new ones pop up and I don't understand why they are "improvements"
- Increased communication
- Increased security
- Scalability
- Ease of Use
I can make sure that lots of people are able to successfully use it and contribute to creative decisions.
We are a credit union, and we deal with lots of sensitive information. Acrobat ensures that we don't have to worry about data being stolen. It passed our compliance standards, so we are able to use it and feel safe about it.
