Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use Adobe Acrobat to set up forms and manage document editing feedback. This helps us to more efficiently review large files with multiple teams.

Pros

  • Commenting and reviewing
  • Combining documents
  • Building forms

Cons

  • Form creation could be more streamlined
  • Page transitions in digital mode review like slide transitions
  • Smaller file size with higher quality desired
  • Customers edit large PDFs and ask me to update living document; track changes not found
  • Has trouble sometimes with pasting in glyphs
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
My job includes Creative Cloud license
Having the ability to lock a PDF and add password access to edit has been helpful

It is well suited for adding comments but not well suited for tracking changes if someone changes my PDF and sends back to me to update the living document
