Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I usually use Adobe Acrobat to create accessible PDFs for my classes. It makes this much easier to do than any other tool that I've encountered. As a teacher, I use a lot of digital documents for assignments, lectures, and other class information and making sure they are accessible is essential.
Pros
- Add bookmarks
- Make documents accessible
- Convert documents
Cons
- Sometimes the interface can be confusing, especially for a new user
- Requires less time to use
- Make documents easier to convert
- Improved accessibility
- Integration with Other Systems
Preview can do some basic work, but Adobe Acrobat is much more advanced in what it can do.
