Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I mostly use Adobe Acrobat for our review process for marketing materials. It is an easy way to share information and get feedback across departments. I also use it to create forms.
Pros
- Easily combine several pdf files
- Easily share and receive feedback
- Easily make sure files has proper print separation for offset printing
Cons
- When you make a comment it doesn't start right where you clicked and can make comments confusing if the user doesn't specify exactly where they are commenting. I find that people assume that where they click is where the comment bubble starts and it moves when you zoom in and out.
- Improved security on forms
- Speeds up the proofing process
- Improved workflow across departments
- Cloud Solutions
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Ease of use across departments and non designers
It helps insure security protocols are followed
