Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Our office uses pdfs daily, it is actually a preferred option for documents because they allow for a certification of a signature. Adobe Acrobat has been the simplest to set up with single sign on and made available through our vpn. I am able to access the same account at home as I do here at work.

Pros

  • Digital Signage
  • Retractable options
  • Ability to merge pdfs into one document

Cons

  • Narrow down the edit option. Too many options, simplify that section
  • Task bar is just too busy, condense areas into less
  • Allow text to be typed in different colors and fonts
  • Have additional template options and not just pdf options, expand Adobe Acrobat
  • Improved security
  • Document locks after being digitally signed
This allows any document that comes from our area or or an associated area the ability to make sure all documents are accurate and not altered by anyone once it has left our emails.
Adobe Acrobat was just a better fit.

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Everyone in my office uses Adobe Acrobat because our job used documents that require signatures. This allows us to make sure no changes are made in any document from our office and as a testing center, that is extremely important.
