Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
Our department uses Adobe Acrobat DC for a variety of reasons, however, in my personal use, it is mainly used for fillable forms and e-signatures. Also, I use other features for scanning, creating, and formatting fillable forms. I also use it to "fill out" forms that are not formatted for fillable forms. In a digital age where fax has simply replaced email, adobe acrobat DC has really helped to make the process of completing forms and documents via computer, very easy. Also, [it enables] all employees to work from anywhere and provides extra protection for documents, which is critical to operation in HR.
- Makes it easy to sign/complete documents that are not fillable.
- Eliminates the need for ink/pens.
- Easy access from anywhere and no crashes.
- Easy to use functionality.
- Drastic updates to versions.
- Not intuitive.
- Price point is too high for many users.
- Increased efficiency with organization & management of documents
- Easier access from anywhere
- Makes our general work easier
- Nitro Pro and Qoppa
Adobe is altogether a more expensive system than Nitro or Qoppa, and as such, it is much more robust. There were many issues with downloading Nitro Pro 9, and it has much less advanced options. In addition, Qoppa is missing advanced redaction and form creation, which I find works well in Adobe. Also, Adobe has a trusted brand of products and excellent customer support, making it the best in the business.
