Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
My whole organization uses Adobe Acrobat to use and edit PDFs. It's helpful also for contracts and signing documents.

Preview, on Macs, is comparable but doesn't stack up. I think its better for viewing images, than for really working with PDFs.
