Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use Adobe Acrobat DC to combine artwork, quotes/proposals to send to both co-workers and clients. It allows us to condense all the info needed for one file and present it electronically for review. We also add in digital photos when needed and create a slideshow to present the project in its entirety.
  • CONDENSES FILES
  • CREATES SLIDESHOWS
  • ALLOWS FOR MARKUPS AND EDITING
  • EASIER COMMENT/MARKUP TOOLS
  • MORE OPTIONS FOR SECURITY
  • STREAMLINES OUR WORKFLOW
  • CUTS DOWN OUR EMAILS ALLOWING US TO FOCUS ON OTHER TASKS
I don't feel that there are any comparable programs. Acrobat is in my opinion the industry standard.
Acrobat works well for combining vector artwork or smaller scale proofs along with word documents or proposals to send directly to clients. When the artwork is a larger high-resolution piece or if there are quality photos included it's best not to use Acrobat to condense the files/print to .pdf because of the loss of quality when viewing.
