Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use Adobe Acrobat DC to address PDF problems. The scope of our use varies but often includes creating, merging, editing, and signing PDFs. I really like to create fillable forms. We use these forms for our customers to order materials, sign off on services, and more. We also use Adobe Acrobat DC to convert other PDFs into Word or Excel files. Overall, it is a very useful tool.
  • Create, merge, edit, and sign PDFs
  • Convert PDFs into Word or Excel documents
  • Making PDFs fillable for forms
  • Conversions to Word or Excel can be messy and may need cleaning up
  • Editing PDFs can alter layout
  • Includes a lot of Adobe tools
  • It just works
  • I use it all the time
  • Easier for customers to order materials without printing, handwriting, scanning, or faxing.
  • Electronic signatures are secure.
  • Adobe Acrobat DC is very user friendly.
There are issues with IOS, but it works great on Windows 10. I have not used it on Windows 11, but I imagine it is a similar layout. I would still recommend anyone who needs to edit PDFs to get this subscription from Adobe. It is worth the monthly fee.
The impact that Adobe's security and compliance standards have had on our organization is great. We trust Adobe to keep their PDFs safe and secure. We use Adobe Acrobat DC to protect our organization's most sensitive information, and we know that our PDFs are always safe and secure. Businesses rely on Adobe for industry-leading security and compliance standards, and we are confident that our PDFs are always protected.

Businesses may use Adobe Acrobat DC to protect their PDFs with password security or digital signatures. By using Adobe Acrobat DC, businesses can ensure that their PDFs are accessible and secure which is great. It may not be worth it to use for smaller businesses that do not deal with PDFs a lot.
