Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
Adobe Acrobat DC is used company-wide in our organization from reading and viewing PDFs to editing and signing critical documents. It allows us to use a program universally for all our Portable Document Format (PDF) needs.
- Create & edit shared PDF's instantly with exact text within the document
- Quickly preview and view PDF documents within Microsoft apps
- Securely sign critical digital documents with the press of a button
- Constant version updates makes it difficult to learn familiar tasks
- Ability to add multiple digital signatures to a single document
- Edit Text & Images instantly matching the font case of the document
- Combining multiple documents effortlessly into one file
- Securely sign documents across multiple platforms
- Increased productivity when you can edit a PDF directly in Adobe Acrobat instead of needing to re-export the document
- Sharing documents across the organization with everyone using the same PDF viewer allows for seamless and confident document display
- Allowing signatures to be captured digitally has saved countless hours and money over needing to exchange printed documents
Using computer and device's digital IDs ensures our organization that all signatures and time stamps are accurate and not forged. Incorporating with the device to not allow fraudulent entries and incorrect data is crucial in running a secure business.
Although Adobe Acrobat DC is not a lightweight application like some other competitors for just the ease of viewing PDFs, it makes up with all of the features available. It is universal across multiple platforms which was an important factor when we were making a decision for a PDF application.
