Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC is used primarily in my organization to view and edit multiple documents. These documents can range from organizational needed documents to end user busy work documents. We use Adobe Acrobat DC to make sure we are able to fill out and edit correctly anything needed for our organization.
  • Edit.
  • Fill out.
  • Covert to pdf.
  • Some minor bugs here and there with the app but nothing serious.
  • Editing.
  • Converting.
  • Customization of forms.
  • Increased operational efficiencies.
  • Productivity.
No matter what system I am using, whether it's an Apple device or Windows device, the user experience through the Adobe Acrobat DC application seems to be the same on both ends of the operating systems. This brings a sense of both comfort and familiarity when using either operating system.
Their security features are great. I have a couple of users in our organizations that deal with sensitive data. When dealing with sensitive data they are able to lock their pdfs data by using the security measure that Adobe Acrobat DC has built into it. Thus, creating a password-protected document for only the person who has that password.
  • Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
I believe that Adobe Acrobat DC is a better tool when compared to Foxit PDF Editor. Mainly because the outlay of Adobe Acrobat DC is more easily accessible and it the same across all platforms. Adobe Acrobat DC provides more features than the Foxit PDF editor that suit my organizational needs better.

In my own experience, I was once making a form via a Word document. However, later to my knowledge, I was informed that the receiver wanted the form in a pdf format. I was able to convert the Word document to a pdf format using the conversion tool offered by Adobe Acrobat DC.
