Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use it to view PDFs and to sign contracts using the sign function which is really useful. Many people use it for opening various documents and viewing them in the same program.

  • The right hand tool bar always loads up which obscures your view of the document
  • The document is locked once you open it in Adobe, and to edit this you have to pay so it doesn't give much room for editing the document

  • Improved accessing of various PDFs
It seems to have a lot of pop-ups when you try from new devices and you have to resign sometimes, however, the fact you can scan a document and convert this into a PDF is really useful and increases its usability to all users, especially people who aren't that tech savvy
Unfortunately, I am unsure how this has affected our organization but I don't think we have had any data breaches or anything in the most recent years.
I think Adobe is a more user-friendly user experience for viewing PDFs than web browsers. Abode offers a lot more options to help edit your PDF such as the fill and sign feature and the scan and convert to a PDF which web browsers don't typically offer.

It is well suited for basic viewing and editing of a PDF document, such as the fill and sign feature. If you want to automatically open lots of documents, adobe opens this with ease and you can then make each document into a separate window or keep them all in the same window which is really helpful when looking at various documents such as invoices, etc.
