Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use this software all the time to create contracts, estimates, and various document editing. I love how easy it is for me to replicate templates and edit the client’s name or information from contract to contract without having to start from scratch.
  • Signature entry
  • Document editing
  • Organizing pages and rearranging
  • The save settings always confuse me a little bit
  • The signature implementation is great but the setting prompts confuse me sometimes
  • Inserting images or copy-pasting to a new page of the document has issues sometimes
  • Signature implementation
  • Organizing and editing within the pdf
  • The professional quality of the document
  • Increased operational efficiency
  • Reduced errors on documents
  • Improved processes overall
This tool is great but there is a bit of a learning curve. Like most Adobe programs, things are icon-based in the interface and you have to do some exploring to figure out exactly what you are able to do with the program. It might take some users a bit of time to get used to it.
Our contracts are unique and confidential so knowing I can securely send information to clients is a relief.
Adobe gives you more control over what you’re editing but at the cost of an annual fee. That said the features are more robust and high quality whereas some of the other browser-based tools are lacking.
