Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC is used to edit PDFs on mass for contracts, work presentations between contractors outside agencies, engineering firms, etc. The full Adobe suite is used by our design studio so it is nice and simple to add DC to that workflow. It helps it is also the best PDF editor.
  • Lots of editing features
  • doesn't crash and is very responsive
  • can encrypt files
  • works with the Adobe Suit
  • Interface takes time to understand if you are not familiar with Adobe products
  • Not the cheapest for outside work
  • Editing PDFs
  • Encryption
  • It increases security on our documents going out to clients and contractors.
  • It speeds up the process of document editing saving money and time
I use the adobe suite regularly so for me it is the easiest to use. For others, it may not be as simple and easy. However, it is easy to learn or get to grips with in a short amount of time. Once you do it is the best and most reliable by a long way.
Being a design studio security is taken very seriously. Therefore It is of the utmost import that all data is kept private. Adobe is a trusted company for this very reason. I am not sure we would use anybody else.
Not as trusted ad Adobe Acrobat DC, but I have used PDF Candy personally in the past several times. It is free and has a lot of the same functionality be it with limited text editing features. But the layout tools are great, almost as good as Adobe Acrobat DC.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat DC is perfect for quickly changing text in a PDF. In fact, it is great at editing PDFs at full stop. I use it to merge multiple PDFs together or split them up into several. For example, when a large engineering PDF comes in it can then be split into several smaller ones and handed to several people to complete the tasks. Great at confirming the style of PDFs.
