Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC allows our team to edit, create, export, sign, organize and share important documents, status updates, and final projects internally and externally. It is one of the most versatile tools we use on a daily basis. It's our go-to project-sharing platform, and we're increasingly impressed by the updates made!
  • Create and edit PDFs
  • Collaborate on projects with edits/comments
  • Sign legal documents
  • The user interface isn't always intuitive; it takes some time to learn
  • If not signed in correctly, the program will not function correctly; re-signing in can be difficult in certain cases
  • Some editing features may be locked depending on the status of the document, and this can be challenging when sharing with others
  • Edit PDF and add comments
  • Request signatures/sign & fill
  • Convert or export to different formats
  • Reduction other types of communication (email, phone calls, Slack messages, etc.)

Adobe Acrobat DC is largely user-friendly and intuitive. It allows people who are unfamiliar with the technology to engage with it also, which positively affects our client relationships. It's easy to learn and exciting to use.
We trust Adobe to take care of our information and know that if our security was ever breached, they would take care of the issue. Their automation programs provide the data to help them find problems quickly and increase the pace of innovation. This leaves us feeling secure and confident!
We have not evaluated other products. Adobe has always been our go-to system. From working on desktop, mobile, or the web, we have a full set of tools to convert, edit, share, and sign PDFs. These tasks are a part of our everyday projects, and allow us to be increasingly profitable.
