Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
In our company, we receive documents, plans, forms, drawings, etc., that have been created in different formats, but the common way it is sent to us is as a PDF in Adobe. Since we started using Adobe Acrobat DC a little over a year ago at our company, it has made things so much easier. We can easily convert the PDF to different programs or save them as different types of documents. That way, they can be used in the ways we need. We can now edit info as well, which becomes incredibly helpful when quick fixes need to be edited or changed before they are sent out. Instead of asking someone to change something and resend it, or even having to recreate the entire doc again, we can simply make the quick edit ourselves, save it and move on. It makes things so much more efficient.
- Adobe Acrobat DC is one of the most complete PDF solutions designed for a very diverse company base. You can create, edit and manage PDFs from anywhere, at any time, using almost any internet-connected type of device. That is pretty incredible in terms of flexibility!
- I know that to myself and a lot of my team members, the Fill & Sign tool in Adobe Acrobat DC is the most important function. It is amazingly efficient and helpful when you can complete documents, including signatures, digitally. It makes it even more helpful that you don't have to have form fields already built-in. You can simply use the form tools and insert them anywhere.
- You can password-protect any file or document but also control the level of security and permissions that specific viewers can have. You can also easily place black bands over sensitive information with the redaction tool.
- I also love that this software allows multiple people to easily review and markup a document together. You can send an invitation with a link to review to anyone, and then they can make notes, edits, and changes the same as you.
- When creating PDF files from specific web pages, I have run into some odd issues, like scrambled images, cut-off text, or even missing texts. Sometimes, the object doesn't transfer smoothly or look the same.
- Sometimes I have problems with changing the size of the Adobe window. It won't always let me easily make it larger or smaller, depending on what I am trying to work on.
- Sometimes I have issues getting the editing fonts to be consistent and match correctly. It makes it much less of an easy, quick fix if I have to spend lots of time fine-tuning the font.
- We love that it makes it easy for a group of team members to view, suggest and edit a pdf file simultaneously. You can review the doc for changes, you can highlight suggestions or changes, and then also make the actual edits.
- I love that this software makes it quick and easy for me to make changes to multiple types of documents from other formats without having to recreate them completely! You can quickly manipulate something and get it sent back out without the long wait time in-between!
- It is amazing the way you can combine PDFs all together into one document and even re-organize or change up the order you would like the pages in.
- The ability to make documents that come to us in other formats into a PDF and then still make quick edits to it and get it out is a game-changer. We can easily answer our clients, our other team members, and our bosses without a long lag time.
- The simple interface and usability have made it a perfect software for all team members from different departments to use together. It didn't take a lot of training or extensive research of functions or tools. Everyone could transfer over to using this program quickly, making it a time and money saver across the board!

Our company takes our security as well as our clients' security very seriously. We like that we know we have the ability to make documents password protected and limit what can be done to them unless specifically given permission. We like the security we have when using this software in knowing that our information is safe and secure as well.

When it came down to the final decision on choosing to go with Adobe Acrobat DC, it came down to the one that most of our team was comfortable working with and what they found easiest to use. It seemed that more people liked how you navigate through and use Adobe Acrobat DC and felt it had the most benefits and features our company needed. Sometimes the product that wins out is the one that works well, checks all the required boxes, but then is also the simplest to use. No one wants to have to take extensive time to do training to learn a new program when we are already too busy, to begin with.
