Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use Adobe Acrobat DC for sending documents to clients, as well as documents for employees, i.e. handbooks, procedures, policies, letters, etc. I use it for sending documents to be signed or approved via AdobeSign as well.
  • Easy to PDF documents
  • Easy to edit PDFs
  • Easy to create forms in PDF
  • It would be great if existing documents can be edited easier
  • It would be great if PDF to Word would transfer all formatting
  • Form creation
  • Documents for signature
  • Creating PDF from almost any document
  • Increased operational efficiencies
  • Increased productivity
  • Improved compliance
It's great on a computer but could use a bit more work on a mobile device. It is functional but can't do everything in a mobile environment that it can in a PC or MAC environment. I'm sure that's coming. Most people are doing more business on mobile devices.
I like the fact that the documents I send for review or signature are secure. I don't really have to worry about the security of anything I send. I also like that I can track changes, signatures, etc., and know who is making changes or viewing them. This has helped me from a compliance perspective as well.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat DC is well suited to all business functions in my opinion. It's better to send a document in PDF as a locked document that the recipient can view but not change. It's also great for creating forms, and other documents to be viewed, reviewed, and/or signed. I think it's a great business tool.
