Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

We use Adobe Acrobat DC for resume review and edits. It is also effective in editing documents sent to us by new hires and current employees.

Pros

  • Adding, deleting pages from documents
  • Digital signatures on documents for applicants/new hires
  • Editing resumes, government documents, and other important paperwork

Cons

  • Identifying font when scanning text
  • Having the ability to fill in information after a document has been signed
  • Matching fonts after being converted over from Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to digitally sign documents
  • Easily able to edit documents and resumes
  • Easy to function
  • Increase in efficiency in completing paperwork
  • Improved compliance and security
  • Improved processes and procedures
Adobe Acrobat Reader is an amazing product as well. I like Acrobat DC better because of the functionality of the product. I believe it's easier to edit documents and create documents in general.

The functionality of Adobe Acrobat DC is great. Moving text from page to page could be a bit easier, but other than that, it's easy to edit. You can easily add or delete pages, and signing documents is also a breeze.

Using Adobe Acrobat DC

It's easy and simple to use, once you're familiar with the programs. The ease of editing documents makes them so simple to use. Also, the ability to have people digitally sign documents makes the process look professional as opposed to emailing, signing, taking a picture and emailing/faxing back.
