Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
We use Adobe Acrobat DC to create PDFs into fillable forms, edit and redact information from sensitive documents, combine/organize/edit PDFs, and much more. It's a great tool for commenting and working through versions and edits. It's also nice to be able to export a PDF into a different file type.
- Creating and editing PDFs - very easy to edit document information
- Preparing fillable forms
- Reducing the size of PDFs and exporting them as different file types
- Once a fillable form is created, it can be time consuming and challenging to edit that fillable form when new content needs to be added
- Sometimes the accessibility checker is not as accurate as I'd prefer - it's a useful tool nonetheless
- Using DC to fully create a new pdf from a blank pdf can be time consuming. It would be nice if templates were built in to use.
- Creating fillable forms
- Editing PDFs
- Requesting digital signatures
- Commenting on documents and routing them for feedback
- Increased productivity
- Saved time editing PDFs within DC
- Improved security by safely redacting confidential information
- Improved security by utilizing digital signatures
We trust Adobe Acrobat DC to redact and protect confidential information and are confident in Adobe's protection capabilities.
Canva is not necessarily a PDF editing software, but I have used it to create PDFs. It's extremely limited in its options, and I would always prefer to use Adobe Acrobat DC over Canva when it comes to creating and editing PDFs. It's not even a competition. I just do not even know what other PDF editing software exists because Adobe Acrobat DC is top-tier.
