Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Every preliminary art file we receive is reviewed by myself and the sales team using Adobe Acrobat DC. The software gives everyone aboard the project a firm ground to communicate upon thus helping us plan the projects accordingly.

  • Exporting a PDF with embedded type so graphic editors would not have to chase down fonts.
  • Easier ways of gathering dimensions on selections of art.
  • Ways of identifying missing links and type for post production printing.
  • The ability to open and export PDFs.
  • The simplicity of the install for just about anyone.
  • The intuitive interface that makes for easier instruction on use of the software.
  • 100% of the time a PDF is sent to bid on a project and there is no better app for analysis of PDFs.
  • We reduce 100% of printing errors, type issues, and post-print problems by using PDFs and the Adobe Acrobat DC software. Each department can see notes by others, as well as make notes of their own.
I personally use Illustrator and Photoshop, while my manager uses Adobe Acrobat DC. We are always on the same page. We maximize efforts and minimize problems by using programs that can daisy-chain as well as Adobe Acrobat DC to Illustrator and so forth.
While we don't always use "E-Sign", we are more than comfortable with trusting Adobe Acrobat DC to fulfill that need. We feel our data, files, and information is protected by Adobe and have all the confidence that they will consistently bring that level of detail to all their products.
Adobe Acrobat DC is leaps and bounds above the standard Apple applications used for PDFs. The Adobe Acrobat DC software allows for more options and a cleaner interface. While PDFs themselves can be opened in basic mail software, preview, Gmail, etc.; Adobe Acrobat DC gives a much better look, more features, and more control while also being easy to use.

The use of PDFs is critical in our marketing through production. Adobe Acrobat DC is a durable program that can easily be used by anyone to open and inspect PDFs. Having software that is robust and can be used by all employees is quite a benefit to getting everyone on the same page.
