Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat DC is a daily staple at our office. The vast majority of our internal and external forms are created with Adobe Acrobat DC. We also do many things with clients that include using Adobe Acrobat DC, one of the biggest being prepping exhibits for digital trials that we run for them. Without Adobe Acrobat DC work would take much longer and be more tedious.
  • Creating Forms
  • Receiving and importing submitted data into forms
  • Bates Stamping Documents
  • The form creation is not as robust as it could be (used to have LiveCycle Designer which allowed a lot more options when creating forms)

  • EASE OF USE

It is extremely easy to use. When you submit a PDF to a client, you know they will see it the way that it was intended. Forms are simple and easy to complete.
We have had no issues with this whatsoever. The vast majority of form data import we use is all internal so the security issues aren't there.
We have always used Adobe Acrobat DC (or previous versions) and never another software brand. So there is nothing to compare to.

You can do almost anything with form creation, which allows our office to have many forms able to be filled remotely by our staff and submitted via email. It is then easily imported into our master form. Staff used to have to come into the office to do all this work. That is no longer necessary. The bates stamping feature is one of the best I have found for stamping multiple documents. Allows for various fonts and "BOLD" type which makes our stamps stand out much better (rather than regular courier or times roman). Also, the shrink feature is very helpful in letting the bates stamping never cover the contents of the document.
