Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We use Adobe Acrobat Sign to handle any kind of signatures of important documents. We load digital PDF documents into the program and then use the sign feature to mark fields for signature. These documents are then sent to all necessary parties, and we're notified when the signatures are complete. This greatly speeds up the signing process.
  • Efficiency
  • Clear Signature Fields
  • Showing who viewed the document
  • Providing copies to all parties
  • A little clunky to set up the digital signature token if needed
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
The most important factor we looked at was how well the program would integrate with the current workflow of our company. We already were using other Adobe products, which meant that this program was a natural next step as we continue to move away from physical paper and more into a digital-only company.
  • Things move a lot more efficiently!
  • No more delayed processes due to missed signatures
Adobe Acrobat Sign is simple to use. It becomes slightly more difficult on the end of the person preparing the document, as they have to learn how to prepare certain form fields for signature. But on the receiving end, it's incredibly. useful to use—the user simply needs to click through the instructions and follow the prompts to sign the document.
Adobe Acrobat Sign has helped us eliminate physical paper from our workflow. We are saving on printing costs and labor costs as we no longer need to print all the pages for signature, and we no longer have to use staff resources to get the required documentation physically delivered to all of the signees.

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

Adobe Acrobat Sign is perfect for sending documents for signature. The program especially shines in instances where there are multiple parties that need to sign the same set of documents or paperwork. It does a great job of labeling who is supposed to sign where, which means there is a lot less room for error (with people signing in the wrong spot or missing a signature on a page).
