Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

Having transactional contracts signed between parties.
  • Easy to use
  • Email like interface
  • Affordable
  • Search of documents is a little cumbersome - If Google is the standard, this search is quite different and takes some getting used to. It is NOT easier to use than google & if not used properly, will bring up many documents which seem to be unrelated to the search.
  • Restrictions on page numbers or document sizes. Under 100 pages, 10 mb. This can be difficult for larger contracts and next level of membership is very expensive.
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Neutral on this.
Adobe Sign is very usable with the exception of the search feature for previous or active contracts in route. As mentioned previously - it can take some getting used to.
Signing digitally was universally accepted ever since the pandemic sent everyone to work from home. It continues to be a preferred method unless documents need in person notarization. It speeds up our contracting process considerably when all parties agree to use it.
