Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate
Our stsrewide training team uses Adobe Captivate for the development of e-learning courses, software simulations, and interactive job aids.
- Very easy to switch out multiple images at the same time using the image library.
- Good selection of animation features which transition well from Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to create video demonstrations of software usage and presenter's video camera simultaneously is fantastic.
- Tends to be very resource hungry.
- Not very intuitive for unfamiliar users. Can get complicated quickly, and difficult to find functions.
- This has been the primary software used for many years in our department. Training would be very boring without it!
We actually use both programs. They both have some advantages over each other.
