Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce)

We use Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) for our ecommerce website. At least half of our orders come through our website and having the freight calculator help our customers know instantly what their shipping cost will be. Our Kensium connector allow use to show real time inventory levels and import orders hands free. Being able to offer online ordering helps keep us competitive and provide our customers a better experience overall.

It is great in that you are able to fully customize you site however you need, but only if you have a developer on you team. It is not very user friendly if you are trying to wipe up a quick site for a small business. You would need technical knowledge to create a site.
Shopify and BigCommerce are great if you are a small business that is creating your first business and don't have many Skus or complex pricing. For us, having over 2 million Skus and a very complex inventory management of those Skus, Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) being fully customizable really helped create a process to smooth it all out and flow as needed. They were also able to create a pricing structure to handle our pricing better than anyone else could.

Our company has a complex pricing structure and inventory management. When evaluating with other ecommerce products, none of them could come close to a solution for that the way Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) was able to. With the ability to customize using a team of developers, we were able to create the site and display or complex pricing and inventory management without our customers struggling to navigate our site.

Using Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce)

8 - Our customer service uses it to check pricing on parts and fill in customer information on their accounts. Our product development team uses search results to research what parts we should be stocking in our inventory and to adjust pricing on parts we sell. Our IT team uses it to pull sales and research results to track trends and create insightful reports.
4 - We have one developer to make changes to our site and we have a team that works to connect Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) to our ERP system. You'll need to have at least one developer available if you want to make any changes to your Adobe Commerce (Magento Commerce) site as it is not always user friendly to make small changes.

It has the best overall price point. It is super cheap and the connection between our ERP system is unmatched by any other Ecommerce sites we have talked with. We honestly can't get this level of complex customization without having to spend a fortune somewhere else. It is able to do everything we need it to do for the right price.
