Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect is generally used at my organization for web conferencing and screen sharing. I am not sure how many departments use it but it has provided a wonderful method of "meeting" without having to leave your office or campus location. We are also able to record our meetings for staff to review at a later date if they are unable to attend.
  • Instant and convenient access.
  • No need for a download.
  • Recording tool is amazing!
  • The maximum number of people in "the room" is not convenient.
  • The knowledge of the support team is lacking.
  • It is difficult to add people to the room.
  • This software has provided an opportunity for the reduction of travel time for meeting attendees therefore, saving on travel costs.
It has some better features and some not so good qualities that makes it not exactly the product of choice. Most of our meetings involve 5-15 participants, so it doesn't always work for our situation.
If you need a software that allows multiple users to share their screens, then this is well suited for you. Your meeting space is customizable with various features. There are also many valuable tutorials that help to "Get Started," which have been very helpful to our team. Not appropriate if you have a meeting that requires a large group.
