Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
We use it for intranet site analytics. At the moment, we use it for basic data such as page views, sessions, unique users, etc. It is limited in scope. We do not yet use it for event tracking, for instance.
Pros
- Easy of building specific reports
- Easy of drag and drop metrics
- Visualization of data
Cons
- Compared to my recent use of GA4, the performance is clunky
- Compared to my recent use of GA4, it feels outdated
- Compared to my recent use of GA4, it is less intuitive
So far, it is hard to see the advantage of CJA over GA4. However I have not had enough experience and training yet to be sure. Also, we have not taken full advantage of CJA yet. Another tool we use is Microsoft Clarity, which (for a free service) is quite powerful.
