Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

We use Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to analyze our web traffic data and for marketing attribution. We have been using it as a replacement for GA4. Later this year we will connect our commerce data to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for revenue attribution.

Pros

  • Great data visualizations
  • Interactive dashboard capability

Cons

  • Filters are difficult to create and share -- "quick filters" are tedious
  • Ability to gather specific, actionable insights
I am pretty certain it is accurate and up-to-date -- but I've never really thought about this.
Easy drag-and-drop functionality. Came with an instructions project to walk through "CJA 101"

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is great for marketing attribution and visualizing customer journeys. However, our organization is not yet using it to its fullest capability for revenue attribution.
