Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

We utilize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to create comprehensive profiles of customers which enables us to identify gaps in our site experience.

Pros

  • Build customer profiles
  • Enable flexible reporting for individual analysts

Cons

  • A data feed feature
  • Gives analysts the ability to fine tune their reports tailored to a use case.
Every report we have attempted in testing is very much near real-time.
It is incredibly familiar to Adobe Analytics, but with added capability to take it across the finish line.
It is the evolution of analytics. Almost everything included in AA is available in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, but more functionality is provided.
