it provides you a full funnel view of your conversion funnel. It helps visualize journey path between not only web analytic state up, but also off-line and sell stage data

The product performs really well. It just has some gaps around the #DATA sink ease of use. Not a blocker but easier to use in Adobe Analytics
Workspace within Customer Journey Analytics is very easy to use and very intuitive. Example is journey canvas
There’s no comparison. Customer Journey Analytics is light years ahead of something like Google Analytics
