We use RTCDP to unify customer profiles by ingesting and stitching data from multiple sources, enabling real-time segmentation and personalized engagement across digital and offline channels. The platform addresses key business challenges such as fragmented customer data, delayed insights, compliance complexities, and ineffective targeting. By leveraging RTCDP, we create a holistic view of customers, allowing for AI-driven decision-making, precise segmentation, and activation across marketing, sales, and service platforms. Our use case primarily focuses on enhancing customer journey orchestration, optimizing campaign performance, and improving retention through real-time data activation. We integrate RTCDP with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to enable dynamic, context-aware interactions that drive higher engagement and conversions.

Pros

  • Leverages AI for predictive analytics while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Cons

  • AJO's Experience in decision-making has too many gaps when compared with Target or Campaign.
  • EGDE projection issues without WebSDK hindering personalization.
  • Lack of documentation on features and functionalities.
  • It'll take time to realize ROI.
  • Most of our customers have projected ROI only as of now.
I agree with the statement. Expecting the product to get better over the next few years.
Still implementing this.
There are UI issues, and the platform is very slow.

RTCDP is a good must-have add-on to the Martech stack but is difficult to accommodate due to concerns about profile store sizing. Federated Audience Composition helps in managing these.
