Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform
My client leverages Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform and AEP for creating a unified view of the customer, data democratization for marketers, and a single centralized audience creation and activation system. Prior to implementing RTCDP, the company had scattered and siloed audience creation, which led to inconsistent campaigns and experiences. In addition, marketers had to coordinate with a variety of IT teams to get the data for the audiences they needed. RTCDP solved both of these issues by empowering marketers with easy data access, and also unified audience definitions across different marketing teams.
Pros
- The audience builder is particularly UI friendly
- It is very straightforward to add data to AEP/RTCDP via the different native integrations to different data warehouses
Cons
- Monitoring capabilities, I think it would be extremely helpful if we could monitor data flows and activations with dashboards and better alerts
- Improved ROI
- Increase in loyalty program enrollments
