Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

Personalisation at scale has been a tricky aspect in a bigger corporation. It helps up to reach larger audience segments, which wasn't previously possible and do it in real time as well. We are able to target more customer groups and bring back customers a lot quicker with the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

With certain challenges around profile collapse has made it slightly harder towards the activation of real time use cases. It prevents a certain percentage of users being personalised to, thus reducing our scale of personalisation due to interface limitations. However, we still think there is still a lot of unexplored potential, which we are keen to explore and thus likely to renew in the future once we overcome the above challenge.
Data management and data governance capabilities have made it easier for us to view all of our data in one place and ensure we are compliant as per the government regulations. This eliminates the uncertainty that comes with protecting customer Data and ensuring we are personalising in line with customer rights.
It has been a great product in terms of usage and has enabled us to explore a lot more scope of personalisation in line with our business goals.

It is suited when you are segmenting large volumes of customers into smaller segments and need to personalise at quicker speeds on the website and app, Sometimes the interface makes it harder to make changes to segments that have been created, thus preventing dynamic personalisation.
