Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Target

My team uses Adobe Target for tagging and experimentation for secure login and the mobile app. We have many use cases across that are used to track and test user experiences for our product teams. We provide tagging strategy for application developers to track components within pages. We complete ~20+ tagging and experiments per month.

Cons

  • Manage timeouts
  • Latency issues
  • Exeperiments across SDK & nonweb SDK pages
  • Allows testing of experiences to understand client behavior
  • Campaigns have increased additional cashflow for new products
The product is easy to use and there is product documentation. The Adobe team provides support as needed.

Target is great for basic experimentation using A/B testing. Most of our stakeholders use Target for enhancements to CX. The data capture allows for insights into experimentation.
