Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront
We use Workfront in our internal projects. It helps us to maintain all our organisational tools on a single platform. We use it to maintain projects, client information, timesheets, custom forms for various purposes and even as a leave management system. Workfront combined with fusion helps us to abstract a lot of manual work and saves us time. Designing good solutions on Workfront is easy and fast. We also get direct support from the Adobe team and some support persons are directly involved with the company.
- Custom form designing and sharing those forms.
- Access level controls.
- API integration with attask.
- Calculated fields.
- Documentation should be more well organized and detailed.
- Access level hierarchy can be simplified.
- Allow owners to disable built in controls like default overview and details tab for users.
- Cost reduction on maintaining internal tooling.
- Ease of use and maitainance.
- Easier to write custom integrations over default Workfront.
- Trello and Zoho Projects
Workfront is more comprehensive. The thing that sets Workfront apart is that using their api, we can write custom integrations over Workfront and design our own dashboards using that integration. This allows us to not only use tools provided by Workfront, but write our own very specific and specialized tooling.
