Adobe Workfront is a great approval tool for proofs and an RFI tool for bids.
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Workfront
We are using Adobe Workfront to manage work and to track capacity. As the Marketing/Experience team, we service the entire company. The amount of work is not sustainable. We are proving we are understaffed as a result. This also assists with projects that are not high priority or not in line with the company vision for 2030. It stops brand creep and abuse of the brand.

- Big Room Planning
Adobe Workfrontis a great approval tool for proofs and an RFI tool for bids. IT is also great for staffing and budget. This gives us a better visual to the work that is coming and the staff who will be available to do the work. It helps with collaboration and dependencies.
Yes. This is our main purpose. We are a very lean company. It is hard to manage staff when they are on multiple products. We need to understand timeline and priorities. It is easier to have the hard conversations when it is about data instead of emotion. It is an easier way to get to yes,
