I use Adobe Workfront to track personal projects and additionally to track my role on projects as set up by our project managers.

Adobe Workfront is fantastic when a project manager needs to track progress of a team or project. It is more difficult as a non-project manager who still wants to track projects but isn't as savvy with the interface.
